Head – Customer Relations & Services

The Head – Customer Relations & Services at Green Leaves, Farm & Resorts will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with every plot owner and visitor. This role will ensure that each customer’s journey—from the first enquiry to post-registration support—is handled with care, transparency, and professionalism. The department will focus on timely communication, clear updates, and a warm, responsive approach to every query.

This position will oversee all customer touchpoints, including site visit coordination, documentation support, plantation and maintenance updates, and feedback handling. They will also develop systems to track customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and effectively. By working closely with the Sales, Operations, and Management teams, the Head – Customer Relations & Services will help create a seamless experience that makes every Green Leaves customer feel informed, valued, and heard.
