Mr. Jaishekar serves as the Director – International Marketing & NRI Relations at Green Leaves, Farm & Resorts, leading the company’s outreach to customers across India and overseas. With a strategic focus on connecting with Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and clients from different parts of the country, he plays a key role in taking the Green Leaves vision beyond local boundaries.

He brings with him vast experience in manpower supply to Gulf countries, where he has built strong professional networks and long-term relationships with multinational clients and expatriate communities. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of NRI expectations, priorities, and investment patterns, especially when it comes to real estate and long-term asset creation back home.

At Green Leaves, he uses this experience and his wide network of contacts to design effective marketing strategies, outreach programs, and communication plans tailored for NRI and outstation customers. His role includes promoting the projects to overseas audiences,

 coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring that distant buyers receive clear information, reliable support, and smooth end-to-end service.
