Finance & Compliance Head

The Finance & Compliance Head at Green Leaves, Farm & Resorts will be the guardian of the company’s financial health and regulatory integrity. This role will oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for current and upcoming projects, ensuring that every phase is executed in a sustainable and responsible manner.

They will also be responsible for monitoring all statutory and regulatory requirements related to land, registration, taxation, and corporate governance. By coordinating with legal advisors, auditors, and management, the Finance & Compliance Head will help ensure that every transaction and process is transparent, well-documented, and fully compliant with applicable laws.

This position will provide the leadership team with clear financial reports and insights, supporting decisions on pricing, investment, expansion, and long-term strategy. The person in this role will help customers and partners feel confident that Green Leaves operates with financial discipline, ethical practices, and strong compliance at its core.
